Life Song Mentoring Ministry Participation Sheet and return it, via mail or e-mail to either Peggy or Julie. Also, if you aren't sure what you would like mentoring for, please utilize our
Mentoree Work Sheet to help you get started. All information will be held confidential and will be given out only at the discretion of the mentoree.
