Awana is an international, Bible-centered club, offering integrated programs for ages 2 to 18. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.The goal of the program is to equip churches and parents worldwide to raise spiritual champions who know, love and serve Christ. Kids work in club manuals to pass sections by “learning and doing”. Age appropriate motivation is provided through awards and certificates, trophies and outings. Friendships are formed and nurtured through weekly attendance and participation in outside activities. Clubs offer Bible teaching times, game times and handbook time. Parents who are not leaders can still participate during the week with your child. Opportunities are available to serve as club leaders as well. Sign ups are will take place in September. Club program starts Sept 12th at 5:30 pm.
